FEDERAL MINE SAFETY AND HEALTH REVIEW COMMISSION

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Commission will consider and act upon the 
following:

    1. Peabody Coal Co., Docket No. KENT 91-179-R. (Issues include 
whether the judge correctly found that the deep cut ventilation 
requirement proposed by the Department of Labor's Mine Safety and 
Health Administration was suitable to Peabody's mine under 30 U.S.C. 
860(o).)

    Any person attending this meeting who requires special
