    1. The following correction is made in the FR Doc. 94-25363,
published in the Federal Register on October 13, 1994 (59 FR 52038).
    On page 52041, the ``Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980'' section is
corrected to read as follows:

Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980

    ``Sections 682.305, 682.401, and 682.404 contain information
collection requirements. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of
1980, the Department of Education will submit a copy of these proposed
regulations to the Office of Management and Budget for its review. (44
U.S.C. 3504(h))
    The proposed regulations affect schools, lenders, and guaranty
agencies that participate in the FFEL Program as well as States in
which schools with high cohort default rates are located. These
proposed regulations do not increase annual public reporting burden.
    Organizations and individuals desiring to submit comments on the
information collection requirements should direct them to the Office of
Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget,
Room 10235, New Executive Office Building, Washington, DC 20503;
Attention: Daniel J. Chenok.''
