Motor Avenue, Azusa, California 91702, made application to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for registration as a bulk manufacturer of the Schedule I controlled substances Tetrahydrocannabinols (7370). Any other such applicant and any person who is presently registered with DEA to manufacture such substances may file comments or objections to the issuance of the above application and may also file a written request for a hearing thereon in accordance with 21 CFR 1301.54 and in the form prescribed by 21 CFR 1316.47. The firm plans to manufacture medication for the treatment of AIDS wasting syndrome and as an antiemetic.
