Migratory Bird Hunting; Early Seasons and Bag and Possession 
Limits for Certain Migratory Game Birds in the Contiguous United 
States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands; Correction

AGENCY: Fish and Wildlife Service, Interior.

ACTION: Final rule; Correction.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (hereinafter the Service) 
is correcting errors made in the September 1, 1994, Federal Register 
(59 FR 45588) on early seasons and bag and possession limits for 
certain migratory game birds in the contiguous United States, Alaska, 
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Alabama erroneously 
selected season dates and shooting hours for mourning doves in the 
North Zone of September 17-October 30 and December 26-January 10 from 
12 noon to sunset, and no dates for shooting hours of \1/2\ hour before 
sunrise to sunset.

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 1, 1994.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In the Federal Register document published 
on September 1, on page 45590, under Alabama, the mourning dove season 
dates in the North Zone are corrected to read for shooting hours of 12 
noon to sunset as September 17, October 1-October 30, and December 26-
January 10; and for shooting hours of \1/2\ hour before sunrise to 
sunset as September 18-September 30. The daily bag and possession limit 
is 15.
