Termination of Temporary Deferment of Activities Relating to 
Biologics Submissions and Notice of New Mailing Address; Correction

AGENCY: Food and Drug Administration, HHS.

ACTION: Notice; correction.

SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a notice 
that appeared in the Federal Register of September 23, 1994 (59 FR 
48895). The document announced the new address for submissions and 
identified the exact period which action on pending submissions was 
temporarily deferred. The agency also announced the installation of 
automated systems to make information available to the public and to 
help callers identify the new telephone numbers of Center for Biologics 
and Evaluation staff involved in review activities. The document was 
published with a typographical error. This document corrects that 
error.
