Transwestern Pipeline Co.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas 
Tariff

November 30, 1994.
    Take notice that on November 28, 1994 Transwestern Pipeline Company 
(Transwestern) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, with an 
effective date of December 1, 1994:

110th Revised Sheet No. 5
16th Revised Sheet No. 5A
11th Revised Sheet No. 5A.01
8th Revised Sheet No. 5A.02
8th Revised Sheet No. 5A.03
8th Revised Sheet No. 5A.04
14th Revised Sheet No. 5B
14th Revised Sheet No. 90A

    On August 23, 1994, Transwestern filed a Stipulation and Agreement 
(Settlement) to resolve all issues in Docket No. RP94-60-000, et al., 
except the right to challenge the prudence of certain costs under Order 
Nos. 500 and 528.
    On October 28, 1994, the Commission approved the before-mentioned 
Settlement subject to Transwestern filing tariff sheets to implement 
the Settlement within 30 days of the date of the Order. The purpose of 
this filing is to file the tariff sheets in compliance with the 
Commission's Order.
    Transwestern states that copies of the filing were served on its 
gas utility customers, interested state commissions, and all parties to 
this proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such protests should 
be filed on or before December 7, 1994. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection.
