ACTION: Notice of public hearings. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) is holding hearings on a draft fishery management plan and three alternative approaches for managing Pacific coastal pelagic species, which include anchovy, sardine, jack mackerel, and Pacific mackerel. Final Council action on this issue is scheduled for the March 7-10, 1995, Council meeting in South San Francisco, CA. DATES: Written comments must be received by February 24, 1995.
