Intent To Grant Partially Exclusive Patent License; Dexcil Corp.

AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DOD.

ACTION: Intent to grant partially exclusive patent license; Dexcil 
Corporation.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent 
to grant to Dexcil Corporation, a revocable, nonassignable, partially 
exclusive license in the United States and certain foreign countries to 
practice the Government-owned invention described in U.S. Patent No. 
5,183,740 ``Flow Immunosensor Method and Apparatus'' issued February 2, 
1993 in field of Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) analysis in water, 
soil, air and mixed waste.
    Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has 60 days 
from the date of this notice to file written objections along with 
supporting evidence, if any. Written objections are to be filed with 
the Office of Naval Research, ONR 00CC, Ballston Tower One, Arlington, 
Virginia 22217-5660.
