In title 9 of the Code of Federal Regulations, parts 1 to 199,
revised as of January 1, 1994, in Sec. 91.3(a), in the first sentence
remove the words ``except cattle from Mexico imported into the United
States in bond for temporary feeding and return to Mexico,''.
