Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation

which was filed on December 1, 1994 on behalf of workers at Mckay

operating out of the following states: North Dakota (TA-W-30,578A) and
Wyoming (TA-W-30,578B).
All workers were separated from the subject firm more than one year
prior to the date of the petition. Section 223 of the Act specifies
that no certification may apply to any worker whose last separation
