Interagency Working Group on Environmental Justice; Notification 
of Availability of Federal Agency Environmental Justice Strategies for 
Comment

    Executive Order 12898, ``Federal Actions to Address Environmental 
Justice in Minority Populations and Low-income Populations'' (February 
11, 1994) requires Federal agencies to develop Environmental Justice 
strategies for carrying out the requirements of the Executive Order. 
The Order also permits public input ``relating to the incorporation of 
environmental justice principles into Federal agency programs or 
policies.''
    As part of its effort to seek public input, the Interagency Working 
Group will make available to the public, the drafts of the Federal 
agency strategies. The following draft strategies are available for
