Northwest Pipeline Corp., Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas 
Tariff

February 1, 1995.
    Take notice that on January 30, 1995, Northwest Pipeline 
Corporation (Northwest), tendered for filing and acceptance as part of 
its FERC Gas Tariff the following tariff sheets with a proposed 
effective date of March 2, 1995:

Third Revised Volume No. 1
Second Revised Sheet No. 1
First Revised Sheet No. 2
Second Revised Sheet No. 15
Sheet Nos. 122 through 124
Sheet Nos. 126 through 199
First Revised Sheet No. 219
Original Sheet Nos. 363 through 366
Sheet Nos. 367 through 374.

    Northwest states that the purpose of this filing is to implement a 
tariff provision that will allow Northwest to sell (i) gas that becomes 
the property of Northwest pursuant to the provisions of terminated 
transportation or storage agreements or due to tariff provisions 
relating to interruptible storage or shipper imbalances; and (ii) other 
de minimus volumes of gas as the need arises.
    Northwest is also requesting limited waiver of the Commission's 
conduct and reporting regulations in Order No. 497 in regard to the 
occasional sale of insignificant amounts of gas.
    Northwest states that a copy of this filing has been served upon 
Northwest's jurisdictional customers and relevant state regulatory 
commissions.
    Any person desiring to be heard or protest said filing should file 
a motion [[Page 7185]] to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 
20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such motions or 
protests should be filed on or before February 8, 1995. Protests will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to 
intervene.
    Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are 
available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
