Take notice that on March 1, 1995, Stingray Pipeline Company (Stingray), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the below listed tariff sheets to be effective February 15, 1995: Third Revised Sheet No. 5 Fourth Revised Sheet No. 56 Third Revised Sheet No. 57 Stingray states that the purpose of the filing is to comply with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) ``Order Denying Request For Extension Of Experimental Program,'' issued February 14, 1995, 70 FERC Paragraph 61,171 (1995). Stingray was directed to eliminate references to its experimental market-based interruptible rate program. Stingray requested waiver of the Commission's Regulations to the extent necessary to permit the above tariff sheets to become effective February 15, 1995. Stingray states that copies of its filing were served on all parties to this proceeding, jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies. Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a motion to protest with the Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure 18 CFR 385.211. All such protests should be filed on or before March 13, 1995. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
