Operations to Conduct Mining Operations

AGENCY: National Park Service, Interior.

ACTION: Notice of availability.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of 
section 2 of the Act of September 28, 1976, 16 U.S.C. 1901 et seq., and 
in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 9.17 of Title 36 Code of 
Federal Regulation part 9 [[Page 13733]] subpart A, James Moody has 
filed a proposed plan of operations to conduct mining operations on 
lands embracing the Bonanza Creek No. 1 through No. 6, placer claims 
within the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve.
