463, as amended), the National Science Foundation announces the 
following meeting:

    Agenda: The OPP Advisory Committee will meet to discuss the 
following agenda topics--Arctic logistics, organization, Polar Duke 
update, polar education programs, User Committee update and the 
Committee on Visitors report.
