    Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 (44 
U.S.C. Chapter 35), the Railroad [[Page 16516]] Retirement Board has 
submitted the following proposal(s) for the collection of information 
to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.

(5) Type of request: Revision of a currently approved collection
(6) Respondents: Individuals or households
(7) Estimated annual; number of respondents: 125

(9) Total annual reporting hours: 6
(10) Collection description: Section 2 of the Railroad Unemployment 
Insurance Act (RUIA) provides unemployment and sickness benefits for 
qualified railroad workers. When the RRB determines that an overpayment 
of RUIA benefits has occurred, it initiates action to notify the 
claimant and to recover the amount owned the RRB. The collection 
obtains information needed by the RRB to allow for the repayment of the 
amount owed by the claimant by credit card, in addition to the 
customary form of payment by check or money order.
