Broadway, Bismarck, North Dakota 58501. The purpose of the meeting is to brief the Committee on Commission and regional activities, discuss current civil rights issues in the State, and approve plans for factfinding meetings in Bismarck and Fargo. Persons desiring additional information, or planning a presentation to the Committee, should contact Committee Chairperson Betty L.
