Take notice that on March 28, 1995, Colorado Interstate Gas Company (CIG), tendered for filing as part of its FER Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, with an effective date of April 1, 1995: First Revised Sheet No. 369A First Revised Sheet No. 369B CIG states that the above-referenced tariff sheets are being filed to reflect that all Buyers have paid in full for obligations pursuant to Docket Nos. RP94-85 and RP94-130. (Docket Nos. RP94-85 and RP94-130 are the latest dockets where CIG has sought recovery of take-or-pay ``buyout'' or ``buydown'' costs pursuant to the Commission's Order No. 528.) CIG states that copies of this filing were served upon all parties in this proceeding and affected state commissions.
