The survey will attempt to assess the public's understanding of mutual funds and other financial matters. The results will enable the Commission to better understand the level of investor comprehension of mutual fund prospectuses and financial issues. The survey is estimated to require approximately 126.00 burden hours. Approximately 40 people will participate in the focus group sessions.
