ACTION: Notice of availability. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Department of the Army, in accordance with the Base Closure [[Page 27090]] Community Redevelopment and Homeless Assistance Act of 1994, announces that the property listed below, at Vint Hill Farms Station Military Reservation, located approximately eight miles north of Warrenton, just east of Route 29 on Route 215, has been determined surplus. While most of the property is scheduled to be vacated by September 30, 1997, some of the property may become available sooner. This is the opportunity for state and local governments, representatives of the homeless, and other interested parties to submit their notices of interest. DATES: Proposals for using the property should be submitted as soon as possible.
