Trunkline Gas Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

May 17, 1995.
    Take notice that on May 12, 1995, Trunkline Gas Company (Trunkline) 
tendered for filing revised working papers reflecting its Initial 
Stranded Transportation (IST) Cost Surcharge reconciliation to reflect 
the calculation of interest on excess recoveries in compliance with 
Ordering Paragraph (C) of the Commission's Order of April 27, 1995 in 
Docket No. RP95-217-000.
    Trunkline states that copies of this filing have been served on all 
affected customers and applicable state commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure 18 CFR 385.211. All such 
protests should be filed on or before May 24, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
