Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Co.; Notice of Proposed 
Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

June 2, 1995.
    Take notice that on May 31, 1995, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing a revised 
tariff sheet to Second Revised Volume No. 1 of its FERC Gas Tariff.
    Williston Basin states that the revised tariff sheet is being 
submitted to effectuate the termination of small customer 
transportation service to Frannie-Deaver Utilities Company and to 
eliminate such reference from Rate Schedule ST-1.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street NE., Washington DC 
20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such 
motions or protests should be filed on or before June 9, 1995. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party to the proceeding 
must file a motion to intervene. Copies of the filing are on file with 
the Commission and are available for public inspection.
