Take notice that on June 28, 1995, Texas Gas Transmission Corporation (Texas Gas) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets, with a proposed effective date of July 10, 1995: Second Revised Sheet No. 197 Second Revised Sheet No. 198 Second Revised Sheet No. 200 Second Revised Sheet No. 201 Texas Gas states that the referenced tariff sheets have been revised to reflect changes to Sections 25.4 and 25.5 of its General Terms and Conditions regarding capacity releases as enacted by the Commission's ``Order on Rehearing'' in Docket No. RM95-5-001 (Order No. 577-A). Texas Gas states that copies of the revised tariff sheets are being mailed to Texas Gas's affected customers and interested state commissions. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.211 and 385.214 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should be filed on or before July 10, 1995. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
