Virginia; Amendment to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
Commonwealth of Virginia, (FEMA-1059-DR), dated July 1, 1995, and 
related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 3, 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the 
Commonwealth of Virginia dated July 1, 1995, is hereby amended to 
include the following areas among those areas determined to have been 
adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the 
President in his declaration of July 1, 1995:

    Greene County for Public Assistance (already designated for 
Individual Assistance.)
    The City of Lexington for Individual Assistance (already 
designated for Public Assistance.)
    The counties of Albemarle, Augusta, Campbell, Culpeper, and 
Giles, and, the cities of Lynchburg and Staunton for Individual and 
Public Assistance.
