SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In anticipation of the next round of funding under the Fair Housing Initiatives Program, the Department held a public meeting on July 21, 1995, to invite and consider comments on the next round of FHIP funding. A notice of this meeting was published on July 14, 1995 (60 FR 36301). The purpose of the present notice is to invite the submission of additional comments from potential applicants, prior grantees and applicants, and any other interested parties, particularly those who may have not been able to attend the public meeting. The Department will consider the comments received in response to the public meeting and this Notice when formulating plans for the disposition of funds appropriated for Fiscal Year 1996.
