Florida; Amendment to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Florida, (FEMA-1062-DR), dated August 10, 1995, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: August 11, 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State 
of Florida dated August 10, 1995, is hereby amended to include the 
following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely 
affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President 
in his declaration of August 10, 1995:

    The counties of Bay, Santa Rosa, and Walton for Individual 
Assistance (already designated for Hazard Mitigation Assistance, and 
Debris Removal (Category A) under Public Assistance).

    The notice of a major disaster is also amended to include Category 
E under Public Assistance for the following areas among those areas 
determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared 
a major disaster by the President in his declaration of August 10, 
1995:

    The counties of Brevard, Escambia, and Okaloosa for Category E 
under Public Assistance (already designated for Individual 
Assistance, Hazard Mitigation Assistance, and Debris Removal 
(Category A) under Public Assistance).
    The counties of Bay, Santa Rosa, and Walton for Category E under 
Public Assistance (already designated for Hazard Mitigation 
Assistance, and Debris Removal (Category A) under Public 
Assistance).
