Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

August 18, 1995.
    Take notice that on August 16, 1995, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), submitted workpapers in compliance 
with the Commission's order issued July 27, 1995, demonstrating that 
the proposed design of its Rate Schedule ST-1 rates filed June 30, 1995 
in Docket No. RP95-364-000 complies with the mitigation requirements of 
Order No. 636.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, DC 20246, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such 
protests should be filed on or before August 25, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make the protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of the filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
