Take notice that the Notice issued in the above-referenced docket on August 17, 1995 (60 FR 44332, August 25, 1995), should be disregarded and the following language should be replaced for the Notice in that docket: On August 11, 1995, Kva Resources, Inc. (Applicant), 11100 Northeast 8th Street, Suite 550, Bellevue, Washington 98004, filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission an application for determination of exempt wholesale generator status pursuant to Part 365 of the Commission's Regulations. Applicant is a Delaware corporation engaged in the business of independent power development, intends to own and operate all or part of eligible facilities including an 838 MW electric generating facility located in the vicinity of Creston, Washington. Any person desiring to be heard concerning the application for exempt wholesale generator status should file motion to intervene or comments with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street NE., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Secs. 385.211 and 385.214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. The Commission will limit its consideration of comments to those that concern the adequacy or accuracy of the application. All such motions and comments should be filed on or before September 12, 1995 and must be served on the Applicant. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene.
