ANR Storage Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas 
Tariff Annual Charges Adjustment Clause Provisions

August 30, 1995.
    Take notice that on August 25, 1995, ANR Storage Company (ANR 
Storage) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Original Volume No. 2, Seventh Revised Sheet No. 1(a), with a proposed 
effective date of October 1, 1995.
    ANR Storage states that Seventh Revised Sheet No. 1(a) reflects the 
new ACA rate to be charged per the Annual Charge Adjustment clause 
provisions established by the Commission in Order No. 472, issued on 
May 29, 1987. The new ACA rate to be charged by ANR Storage will be 
effective October 1, 1995.
    ANR Storage states that copies of the filing were served upon the 
company's jurisdictional customers.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.214 and 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should 
be filed on or before September 7, 1995. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any 
person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. 
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available 
for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
