Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements
September 1, 1995.

Commissioner of Customs,
Department of the Treasury, Washington, DC 20229.

Dear Commissioner: This directive amends, but does not cancel,
the directive issued to you on November 29, 1994, by the Chairman,
Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements. That
directive concerns imports of certain wool textile products,
produced or manufactured in Bulgaria and exported during the twelve-
month period beginning on January 1, 1995 and extending through
December 31, 1995.
Effective on September 11, 1995, you are directed to adjust the
limits for the following categories, pursuant to the current
bilateral textile agreement between the Governments of the United
States and the Republic of Bulgaria:

  exported after December 31, 1994.

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements has
determined that these actions fall within the foreign affairs
