App. 2), notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Scientific Advisory Panel of the Security R&D Subcommittee of the Research, Engineering and Development Advisory Committee on Friday, October 20, 1995, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Aviation Security Laboratory, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Technical Center, Atlantic City Airport, New Jersey. The agenda will include an R&D overview and report on recent developments; discussion on development of trace detection standards; aircraft and container hardening developments; and a laboratory tour. Attendance is open to the interested public but limited to space available. With the approval of the Chairman, members of the public may present oral statements at the meeting.
