Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company; Notice Of Compliance Filing

September 14, 1995.
    Take notice that on September 8, 1995, Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line 
Company (Panhandle) tendered for filing pro forma tariff language and 
information regarding the relationship of Section 284.8(a)(3) of the 
Commission's regulations as required by Ordering Paragraphs (B) and (D) 
respectively, of the Commission's August 24, 1995 Order Accepting and 
Suspending Tariff Sheets Subject to Refund and Conditions and 
Establishing Technical Conference.
    Panhandle states that the pro forma tariff sheet included herewith 
sets forth supplemental clarification that when service is provided 
under Rate Schedule LFT: (i) It will be subject to the nomination and 
scheduling procedures included in Sections 8 of the General Terms and 
Conditions; (ii) it will be subject to the curtailment and interruption 
procedures included in Section 9 of the General Terms and Conditions; 
and (iii) that shipper may release all or a part of their Rate Schedule 
LFT Maximum Daily Contract Quantities in accordance with the procedures 
established for the assignment of service rights under Section 15 of 
the General Terms and Conditions. These provisions are applicable to 
all firm transportation services.
    Panhandle further states that it has provided additional 
information in this compliance filing regarding the relationship of 
Section 284.8(a)(3) of the Commission's Regulations to service under 
Rate Schedule LFT.
    Panhandle states that copies of this filing have been served on all 
parties to this proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 
385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests 
must be filed on or before September 21, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
