Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Co.; Notice of Annual Report

October 3, 1995.
    Take notice that on September 29, 1995 Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing with Federal 
Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) Second Revised Sheet No. 358A 
to Second Revised Volume No. 1 of its FERC Gas Tariff pursuant to 
Section 39 of that Tariff.
    The proposed effective date of the above-referenced tariff sheet is 
September 29, 1995.
    Williston Basin states that as of July 31, 1995 it had a zero 
balance in FERC Account No. 191. As a result, Williston

Basin will neither refund nor bill its customers for any amounts under 
the conditions of Section No. 39.3.1 of its FERC Gas Tariff.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street NE., Washington, D.C. 
20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such 
motions or protests should be filed on or before October 11, 1995. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party to the 
proceeding must file a motion to intervene. Copies of the filing are on 
file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
