Take notice that on October 30, 1995, Northern Border Pipeline Company (Northern Border) petitioned the Commission for a limited waiver of Northern Border's FERC Gas Tariff, to the extent necessary, to extend the time period to May 31, 1996 in which firm shippers have to discharge the Tender Deficiencies accumulated during a planned pipeline outage on Foothills Pipe Lines Ltd.'s system. Any person desiring to be heard or to make any protest with reference to said application should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E. Washington, DC 20426 a motion to intervene or protest in accordance with Sections 385.211 and 385.214 of the Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such motions or protests should be filed on or before November 9, 1995. Protests will be considered by it in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
