ACTION: Subsequent arrangement. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: Pursuant to Section 131 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (42 U.S.C. 2160), notice is hereby given of a proposed ``subsequent arrangement'' under the Additional Agreement for Cooperation between the Government of the United States of America and the European Atomic Energy Community (EURATOM) concerning Peaceful Uses of Atomic Energy, as amended. The subsequent arrangement to be carried out under the above- mentioned agreement involves approval of the following sale: Contract Number S-EU-1045, for the sale of 49.5 grams of uranium, enriched to 19.8% in the isotope U-235, to the Joint Research Centre of the Commission of the European Communities in Belgium for preparation of certified reference material for uranium accountancy measurements. In accordance with section 131 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, it has been determined that this subsequent arrangement will not be inimical to the common defense and security.
