Take notice that on November 2, 1995, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company (Tennessee) tendered for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) a refund report pursuant to the Commission's February 22, 1995, order issued in Docket No. RP95-124- 000. Tennessee states that it has refunded to its customers the Gas Research Institute's (GRI) refunds to Tennessee of the GRI's 1994 overcollections from Tennessee. Tennessee states that it is allocating the $71,448.00 refund from GRI on a pro rata basis to firm transportation customers that received nondiscounted service during 1994, based on each such customer's share of GRI rate adjustment payments to Tennessee during 1994. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such motions or protests should be filed on or before December 8, 1995. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
