The affected notices are published at: 1. FR Doc. 95-27573, published on November 7, 1995 at 60 FR 56137, column 1. 2. FR Doc. 95-28768, published on November 27, 1995 at 60 FR 58324, column 1. 3. FR Doc. 95-29750, published on December 6, 1995 at 60 FR 62382, column 1. Corrections 1. The first paragraph of the Addresses section of the notices listed above is corrected by removing the words ``regarding the accuracy of the burden estimate, ways to minimize the burden, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology, or any other aspect of this collection of information''. 2. A new paragraph is added between the first and second paragraphs of the Addresses section of notices 1 and 2 listed above to read as follows: ``Comments are invited on: (a) Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (b) the accuracy of this agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information; (c) ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and (d) ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.'' 2. A sentence is added after ``Alexandria, VA 22032'' in the Addresses section of notice 3 listed above to read as follows: ``Comments are invited on: (a) Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information; (c) ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be [[Page 67120]] collected; and (d) ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.''
