Take notice that on December 1, 1995 consumers Power Company (Consumers) tendered for filing an application for approval of revised rates and charges for interruptible transportation services rendered pursuant to Section 284.224 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Regulations. Consumers states that the application was made pursuant to Sec. 284.123(b)(2)(1) of the Commission's Regulations and proposes a maximum interruptible transportation rate of $.1265 per Dth. Consumers states that a copy of the filing was served upon Consumers' state regulatory commission. Any person desiring to be heard or protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 first Street, N.E., Washington D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 384.214). All such petitions or protests should be filed on or before January 8, 1996. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a petition to intervene.
