Take notice that on December 26, 1995, Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation (Columbia) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to become effective February 1, 1996. Title Page First Revised Sheet No. 99A First Revised Sheet No. 99B This filing comprises Columbia's supplemental close out filing with respect to its Account No. 191 pursuant to Section 39 of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1. GTC Section 39, ``Account No. 191 Reconciliation Mechanism,'' provides for Columbia's refund to or recovery from certain customers of any over recovered or under recovered balance in Columbia's Account No. 191 as a result of implementing Order No. 636. This filing also satisfies the reporting requirement contained in GTC Section 39.5 and prior Commission orders, that Columbia submit a report detailing its Account No. 191 balance, reflecting adjustments from March 1, 1995 through December 31, 1995. As discussed therein, this filing comprises a net credit to the Account No. 191 of $847,459. Any person desiring to be heard or protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Secs. 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. Pursuant to Section 154.210 of the Commission's regulations, all such motion or protests must be filed not later than 12 days after the date of the filing noted above. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
