Take notice that on December 18, 1995, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission a Refund Report pursuant to Section 29 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume 1, in order to show the calculation of excess interruptible transportation/gathering revenues for the period November 1994 through August 1995. Transco states that, on December 15, 1995, it refunded 90 percent ($10,861,125.28 including interest of $288,967.38) of the excess interruptible transportation/gathering revenues to applicable firm transportation Buyers based on each respective Buyers' fixed cost contribution as a percentage of the total fixed cost contribution of each Buyers during the refund period. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such motions or protests should be filed on or before January 11, 1996.
