Take notice that on January 16, 1996, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company (Tennessee) tendered for filing additional information which Tennessee states is being filed to comply with the terms of the Commission's December 29, 1995 Order in the referenced proceeding. Tennessee states that it is filing under seal one copy of a settlement agreement that was not included with its November 30, 1995, filing (November 30 Filing) as well as additional information concerning production and petroleum excise taxes reflected in the November 30 filing. Tennessee also states that it proposes to defer collection of the demand take-or-pay transition costs reflected in the November 30 filing pending resolution of an allocation issue raised by Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation. Tennessee states that copies of the filing have been mailed to all affected customers and state regulatory commissions. Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to this proceeding.
