Take notice that on January 19, 1996, Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation (Texas Eastern) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Sixth Revised Volume No. 1, second revised tariff sheets listed in the filing letter. The proposed effective date of these second revised tariff sheets is December 1, 1995. [[Page 3021]] Texas Eastern states that the purpose of this filing is to update its index of firm customers through December 1, 1995. Texas Eastern states that copies of its filing have been served on all firm customers of Texas Eastern and interested state commissions.
