determination, and opportunity for a hearing: Correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a notice appearing in the Federal
Register on February 29, 1996 (61 FR 7823), that states that the
Commission is considering issuance of an amendment to Facility
Operating License No. NPF-58, issued to the Cleveland Electric
Illuminating Company, et al. This action is necessary to change the 30-
day filing date to a 15-day filing date.
