Thursday, March 21, 1996
The Federal Communications Commission will hold an Open Meeting on
the subjects listed below on Thursday, March 21, 1996, which is
scheduled to commence at 9:30 a.m., in Room 856, at 1919 M Street, NW.,
Washington, DC.

1--Cable Services--Title: Implementation of Sections of the Cable
television Consumer Protection and Com-petition Act of 1992: Rate
Regulation -- Commercial Leased Access (MM Docket No. 92-266). Summary:
The Commission will consider petitions for recon-sideration of its
initial regulations governing the provision of commercial leased access
by cable operators.
2--Common Carrier--Title: Policy and Rules Concerning the Interstate,
Interexchange Marketplace; Implementation of Section 101 of the
Telecommunications Act of 1996. Summary: The Commission will consider
action concerning the interstate, interexchange market-place, and
implementation of the geographic rate averaging and rate integration
provisions of Section 101 of the Tele-communications Act of 1996
(adding 47 U.S.C. Sec. 254(g)).
