Take Notice that on March 13, 1996 Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company (ESNG) tendered for filing certain revised tariff sheets in the above captioned docket as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, with a proposed effective date of April 1, 1996. ESNG states that the purpose of this filing is twofold: (1) to ``track'' Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation's (Transco) revised fuel retention percentages for injecting gas into storages (see Transco's Fifth Revised Sheet No. 29) effective April 1, 1996; and (2) to ``track'' changes in ESNG's pipeline suppliers' storage service rates, also effective April 1, 1996. ESNG states that copies of the filing have been served upon its jurisdictional customers and interested State Commissions. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 and Rule 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR Section 385.211 and Section 385.214). All such motions or protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
