ACTION: Proposed rule. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on a petition by Kiowa Broadcasters requesting the allotment of Channel 252C1 to Kiowa, Kansas. Channel 252C1 can be allotted to Kiowa in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction. The coordinates for Channel 252C1 at Kiowa are 37-01-00 and 98-29-12. DATES: Comments must be filed on or before May 21, 1996, and reply comments on or before June 5, 1996.
