SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Federal-State Joint Board in CC Docket 96-45 will hold an Open Meeting on Friday, April 12, 1996 at 9:00 a.m., in Room 856 at 1919 M Street NW., Washington, DC. At the meeting, the Federal-State Joint Board will hear from four panels of experts addressing universal service issues set forth in Section 254 of the Telecommunications Act. Specifically, the panelists will address the telecommunications needs of low income consumers; schools, libraries, and health care providers; and consumers living in rural, insular and high cost areas.
