Committee Meetings of the Grand Canyon Visibility Transport 
Commission

AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency.

ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: The United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) 
is announcing a meeting of the Grand Canyon Visibility Transport 
Commission (Commission).
    The Commission will meet from 10:00 am-12:00 pm, Monday, June 10, 
1996 at the Shrine of the Ages next to the Main Visitors Center in 
Grand Canyon National Park. At the meeting the Commission will finalize 
its recommendations to the U.S. EPA. The recommendations will address 
what actions are deemed necessary to protect visibility in sixteen 
National Parks and Wilderness areas on the Colorado Plateau.
    The Commission was established by U.S. EPA on November 13, 1991 
(see 56 FR 57522, November 12, 1991). All meetings are open to the 
public. These meetings are not subject to the provisions of the Federal 
Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92-463, as amended.
