ACTION: Notice of Availability. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Bureau of Land Management, Cedar City District, Escalante Resource Area, has completed an Environmental Analysis (EA)/Finding of No Significant Impact [[Page 26925]] (FONSI) of the Proposed Plan Amendment to the Cedar/Beaver/Garfield/ Antimony Resource Management Plan and the Escalante & Paria Management Framework Plans. The Proposed Amendment allows land tenure adjustments and adds five (5) criteria elements by which land disposals and exchanges (adjustments) will be evaluated. DATES: The protest period for this Proposed Plan Amendment will commence with the date of publication of this notice and last for 30 days. Protests must be received on or before June 28, 1996.
