Take notice that on May 20, 1996, Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (Old Dominion or Applicant) filed an application seeking an order under Section 203 of the Federal Power Act authorizing Old Dominion to enter a lease and leaseback transaction that includes its 50% undivided interest in certain jurisdictional transmission facilities related to Unit 2 at the Clover Power Station located in Halifax County, Virginia. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 18 CFR 385.214).
